Our integration services include:

• System Definition
  Our experienced sales engineer work closely with the customer to help define the desired system based on required functionality, cost, form factor, and performance.

• Component Selection
  The sales engineer knows what products are available from what sources, what works with what, and what products are supported by the required operating system. The final system will be an optimal combination of IDM's products with other component manufacturers.

• Custom Products
  Often times customer requirements cannot be met by an off-the-shelf product. IDM has extensive experience in custom product design and manufacturing for a wide variety of industrial rackmount enclosure products.

• Procurement and Stocking
  IDM will source, purchase, receive, inspect and stock required components. In addition, we can receive and segregate customer supplied material.

• Integration
  Our experienced integration technicians assembled your specified components into an organized and reliable system. Motherboard is placed for optimum system operation, cooling and cable routing. Cable is custom finished both to protect the components and maximize air flow and cooling. The operating system is installed, configured and optimized based on our customer's requirements.

• System Test
  Each system is burned in and tested using test software to assure full system functionality. Test results along with serial numbers are recorded and documented for full traceability. Extended burn-in is available per customer specification.
