The Design Process:

•  Conceptual Layout

Upon gathering information about customer inquiry, we create a 2D conceptual layout drawing. After customer approve the concept, we proceed the next step.

•  Mechanical Drawing

After customer approves the conceptual drawing, our mechanical engineer will create more detail mechanical drawing with Solidworks in 3D and AutoCAD in 2D of the product.

•  Prototype

After customer approves the mechanical drawing, we will run a prototype based on the drawing. This prototype will be sent to our customer for testing and approval.

•  Pilot Run

Based on customer PO , we will run a pilot run with quantity of 10-20 and conduct final fine tune on the product.

•  Mass Production

IDM uses overseas manufacturing resources to deliver you high quality and cost effective mass production.
